Behind the Design

This design celebrates Darwin’s finches through a vintage aesthetic inspired by old travel journals, exploration maps, and the stories of sailors who once journeyed through the Galápagos Islands.

A portrait of Charles Darwin accompanies different finch species, while fragments of islands, opuntia cacti, and weathered graphic elements create a composition filled with a spirit of discovery. The ochre tones, aged textures, and naturalist sketches evoke a page recovered from another era, where science, adventure, and biodiversity come together.
Description

A compact, durable, and functional case, ideal for organizing pencils, pens, stationery, personal accessories, or other small everyday items.

It features a zipper closure to keep the contents protected, a small handle for easy carrying, and an attachment point for securing it to a backpack or belt loop. Its lightweight design makes it easy to carry to school, the office, while traveling, or during everyday activities.
Materials & Sustainability

Made from eco canvas crafted with 100% recycled polyester derived from PET bottles. Its backing prevents water from passing through, while the outer finish helps repel liquids, splashes, and environmental exposure.

The material was developed to withstand intensive use: it exceeds 60,000 Martindale abrasion cycles, resists tension and tearing, and helps preserve color when exposed to sunlight, chlorinated water, and salt water. The base fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, and according to the manufacturer, its recycled content is certified under the RCS —Recycled Claim Standard—.

Each case is handmade and printed using digital sublimation, allowing us to reproduce detailed illustrations, vibrant colors, and rich blacks. The inks used are certified to OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT.
Impact

This case transforms recycled PET bottles into a durable, reusable product designed for everyday use.

It is handmade in women-led community workshops, where we seek to create fairly paid employment, strengthen local skills, and distribute the opportunities generated by our production more equitably.

Its durability, waterproof construction, and ease of cleaning help extend its useful life and make better use of the materials involved in its production.

For deeper stains, use water and a mild detergent.
Machine wash separately at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
Do not mix light and dark colors.
Do not use fabric softener.
Do not soak, twist, or wring.
Remove all detergent residue completely to protect the fabric finishes.
Tumble dry on low heat or dry in the shade.
Allow to dry completely before closing or storing.
Do not store while damp.
Ironing is not required. If necessary, use a protective cloth and a maximum temperature of 110°C.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces, sharp objects, or edges that could snag the fabric.
Do not submerge or leave exposed to water for prolonged periods.
