Likewise, colors displayed may vary slightly depending on the settings of each screen or device used by the customer.

6. Product Availability

All products offered on the website are subject to inventory availability.

In the event that a purchased product becomes unavailable once the order is confirmed, 593 Origins will promptly notify the customer to offer one of the following alternatives:

  • wait for the product to be restocked;

  • exchange the product for another available one, by prior agreement between the parties;

  • receive the corresponding refund.

The final decision will be made by the customer.

7. Prices and Taxes

All prices published on the website are expressed in United States Dollars (USD).

Sales made within Ecuador include the current Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA), currently at 15%, unless legislation establishes a different rate for specific goods or services.

For international purchases, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

593 Origins reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, or discounts at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

If a transaction is rejected by the issuing institution or fails corresponding security checks, the order will not be processed until the payment has been properly authorized.

9. Shipping

593 Origins handles domestic and international shipments through specialized logistics operators.

Delivery times indicated during the checkout process are estimated and begin once the payment has been approved and the order has been prepared for dispatch.

Delivery timeframes may vary due to factors beyond 593 Origins' control, including customs processes, weather conditions, transport restrictions, security inspections, or other extraordinary circumstances.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. In the event that the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, generating additional costs or delivery delays, such costs shall be borne by the customer.

For international shipments, 593 Origins covers the cost of the transport contracted during purchase. However, any tax, tariff, customs fee, or import charge demanded by the authorities of the destination country shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise during the checkout process.

10. Changes, Returns, and Refunds

At 593 Origins, we want every purchase to be a satisfying experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or return in accordance with the Changes, Returns, and Refunds Policy published on this website.

As a general rule:

  • Requests must be made within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the order.

  • The product must be unused, clean, in pristine condition, and retain its original tags and packaging.

  • Exchanges for size, color, or personal preference are subject to inventory availability, and associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • When the exchange or return stems from an error by 593 Origins, a manufacturing defect, or damage incurred during transit, the company will assume reasonable costs related to the replacement or return of the product.

11. Warranty

593 Origins guarantees that its products are manufactured under quality standards and subjected to inspection processes prior to dispatch.

If a product presents a defect attributable to materials or workmanship, the customer must report it via hello@593origins.com within a reasonable timeframe from receipt, attaching photographs and a description of the issue.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • improper use of the product;

  • natural wear and tear;

  • accidents;

  • modifications made by third parties;

  • failure to follow care instructions.

Each case will be evaluated individually to determine the most appropriate solution.

  • pandemics;

  • transport or logistics disruptions;

  • widespread technological service failures.

In such cases, the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the extraordinary situation.
