Behind the Design

This design celebrates the scarlet macaw, one of the most vibrant and iconic birds of the tropical forests of mainland Ecuador. The composition highlights the intensity of its plumage, its expressive gaze, and the elegance of its long tail.

Orchids, heliconias, and other tropical flowers are woven into its feathers as an artistic element full of color and movement. Rather than portraying an exact botanical relationship, these elements evoke the exuberance of the forest and transform the macaw into a living expression of the diversity, energy, and natural richness of the tropics.
Description

A spacious, durable, and functional tote bag designed for shopping, travel, and everyday activities. The front features a clean, colorful illustration, while botanical details on the back frame two central pockets: one designed for a phone and the other for keys.

Its thick webbing handles allow it to be carried comfortably by hand or over the shoulder. It can also be folded for easy storage in a suitcase, backpack, or vehicle.

Made from eco canvas crafted with 100% recycled polyester. Its invisible protective finish helps repel water-based liquids, accidental splashes, and dust, while its abrasion resistance reduces pilling caused by regular use and washing. The base fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, and according to the manufacturer’s technical specifications, its recycled content is backed by the RCS and GRS 4.0 standards.

Each bag is handmade and printed using sublimation technology, allowing us to reproduce detailed artwork, vibrant colors, and rich blacks. The inks are certified to OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT.

Care Instructions

Machine wash separately at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
Do not mix light and dark colors.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Do not soak, twist, or wring.
Remove all detergent residue completely to protect the water-repellent finish.
Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry in the shade.
Do not store while damp.
Ironing is not required. If necessary, use a protective cloth and a maximum temperature of 110°C.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces, sharp objects, or edges that could snag the fabric.
