Behind the Design

This design celebrates the blue-footed booby from a more intimate and everyday perspective, portraying a pair in their nesting area. That is why we chose paper made from sugarcane fiber, incorporating an alternative material to conventional paper and making use of fiber derived from an agricultural by-product.

We also designed the journal to be durable and long-lasting, because extending the useful life of a product is an important part of how we understand more responsible consumption.
