This design celebrates the blue-footed booby (Sula nebouxii), one of the most emblematic birds of the Galápagos. The illustration highlights its elegant silhouette, long bill, intense gaze, and, of course, its unmistakable blue feet, a symbol of a species deeply connected to the sea.

The illustrations are applied through high-definition digital sublimation, a technology that integrates colors into the fabric fibers, reproducing fine details, vibrant tones, and smooth gradients without creating a rigid layer on the surface.

The inks used are certified with OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT, confirming that they have been evaluated according to safety criteria for products used in textile production.

Each towel is cut and sewn in our partner artisan workshops, where Ecuadorian women work. The edges are finished with overlock stitching, while an integrated elastic loop adds functionality for both hanging and keeping the towel rolled up during transport.
